2. Obligations of the Parties

- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information provided by the Client.
2.2 Client's Obligations
The Client is responsible for:

- Independently verifying all information, regulations, and legal requirements before making business decisions.
- Assuming the costs and risks inherent to their international trade operations.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Provider does not guarantee specific results, commercial successes, or benefits derived from the use of its services. Market evolution, the economy, and export results depend on multiple factors outside the Provider's control.
Under no circumstances shall ExportaGlobal be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the information or services provided.
4. Modifications and Termination
The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication.
The Client may stop using the services at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate access if the Client breaches these terms.
5. Intellectual Property and Data
All content, methodologies, and materials provided are the property of ExportaGlobal or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Their use is limited to the purpose of the contracted consulting.
The processing of the Client's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
